| Professional Photographer Magazine has featured David's work on the cover, in a feature article written on his studio, in their '09 and '10 media kit, and in the profit center section of the magazine which concentrates on the business of photography. David has also had the fantastic opportunity to work as a mentor teaching alongside other nationally recognized leaders in the photography field. David has photographed campaigns for the American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, and the Airlines Reporting Commission. He has also had several weddings published in both local and national bridal magazines. His charity work includes the local For Kids organization and the Heart Gallery where one of his portraits received national recognition David has held numerous workshops for photographic studios and has been involved in the teaching of photography across the country for various organizations and photographic companies. David has also acted as a judge on the distinguished panel to determine the "Hot One Awards" for various photographic products that advance the photographic industry. Recently, David won a National Kodak Gallery Award for one of his client's wedding albums. He also received first place in the bridal and album category in the annual Virginia Professional Photographer's Association convention. |
